Demand for Key Roles on the Rise
In August, we saw a nearly 5% increase in published assignments compared to the same month last year. Previously, we observed a rise in demand for project managers, which often precedes growth in other roles.
This month, as expected, we saw an uptick in demand for system developers and various roles within "Data X" – including data engineers, data scientists, data analysts, and database developers.
Geographically, the distribution of assignments across regions has remained stable. However, it's interesting to note a slight shift from urban areas back to rural regions. The number of remote assignments continues to decrease, albeit slowly, which might reflect a growing desire to return to the office.
