What if a well-maintained profile in Brainville could make you visible across multiple services at the same time?

In the future, companies and consultants will be able to choose to make their profiles available to external services that use Brainville to find, present, or match relevant expertise.

The first external participants are now connecting, and we are taking the first steps towards a more open ecosystem for skills and talent matching.

You stay in control

Making a profile available to external services will always be voluntary.

All sharing will be based on clear opt-in consent and can be withdrawn at any time. No company or consultant profile will be shared unless the company has explicitly approved it.

Want to be ready?

As external services begin to use Brainville, the quality of company and consultant profiles will become increasingly important.

As a guideline, we recommend at least 70% profile completeness for both company and consultant profiles. For the best results, we naturally recommend 90% or more.

To ensure high quality in the initial solutions, there may also be requirements for a meaningful share of a company's consultants to be represented in Brainville.

Companies that actively maintain their profiles will, over time, have better opportunities to:

• be found in relevant searches
• appear in external services
• be matched with more assignments and opportunities
• gain access to new opportunities earlier
