π Assignments & Competition
The number of assignments fell by β11 % compared to October but remains +5 % higher than in November last year (Nordic total).
At the same time, more consultants signalled that they were available for new work, showing a continued increase in competition across the Nordic market.
π§ Roles (Nordic perspective)
Project Managers grew by roughly +2.5 % after a weak October.
Developers and Solution Architects also continued upward, while data-related and testing roles declined slightly.
π We see Project Managers as one of the forward-looking indicators of market movement β rising activity here often precedes increased demand in other roles. More on this in our upcoming report.

Capital regions performed slightly better than the wider Nordic market, while most other regions remained relatively stable compared to October.
π‘ Remote Work β Nordic snapshot
Across the Nordic countries in November:
8.3 % fully remote β’ 35.7 % hybrid β’ 44 % with some remote component
π Hybrid assignments continue to increase while fully remote opportunities decline β indicating a shift back toward partial on-site presence.
