📊 Assignments & Competition
The number of assignments fell by –11 % compared to October but remains +5 % higher than in November last year (Nordic total).
At the same time, more consultants signalled that they were available for new work, showing a continued increase in competition across the Nordic market.
🧭 Roles (Nordic perspective)
Project Managers grew by roughly +2.5 % after a weak October.
Developers and Solution Architects also continued upward, while data-related and testing roles declined slightly.
👉 We see Project Managers as one of the forward-looking indicators of market movement — rising activity here often precedes increased demand in other roles. More on this in our upcoming report.
🗺️ Geography
Capital regions performed slightly better than the wider Nordic market, while most other regions remained relatively stable compared to October.
🏡 Remote Work – Nordic snapshot
Across the Nordic countries in November:
8.3 % fully remote • 35.7 % hybrid • 44 % with some remote component
👉 Hybrid assignments continue to increase while fully remote opportunities decline — indicating a shift back toward partial on-site presence.
