AI is now integrated into several parts of Brainville — with one clear objective: increased precision and better decision support for both suppliers and buyers.
Create Assignments Faster
The AI analyzes your title and description and automatically attempts to identify parameters such as project period, scope, role, required skills, location, and working model (onsite/hybrid/remote). The suggested values can be accepted directly or adjusted before publishing.
This ensures a more structured assignment from the start and allows you to publish a complete listing faster — with better conditions for accurate matching.
At the same time, more structured data improves matching quality, search results, and market statistics across the platform. It benefits not only the individual assignment, but the entire ecosystem.
AI Match Assessment
With Premium Sales, you can see how well your selected consultant matches an assignment before submitting the application.
With Premium Buyer, you receive similar insight into how well incoming applications match your assignment.
The assessment is intended as decision support — not as a final verdict. It helps highlight strengths, relevance, and potential skill gaps before moving forward.
As more assignments and applications are analyzed in a structured way, transparency in the matching process increases. This leads to clearer market signals, fewer irrelevant applications, and higher precision over time.

💱 More Flexible Currency Support
We have also made it easier to operate across borders.
As an advertiser, you can now select a different currency per listing than your system currency.
For example, a UK-based company can publish assignments in SEK instead of GBP. The exchange rate is fixed at the time of publication.
This provides greater flexibility and makes it easier to tailor assignments to your target market.
