A Slight Decline in May

In May, we experienced a slight setback in assignments in the Nordics, with a -6.1 % decrease compared to April. Normally, May is the last peak before summer, but that wasn't the case this year.

However, the number of published assignments increased significantly in April, which was unusual for that time of year. In this context, a small decline in May seems more reasonable.

Regarding available consultants, the numbers remain high but are slowly decreasing, as is typical before summer. There were 5% fewer freelancers and consultants available for new assignments in May compared to March 2024.
