Role:Program Duplex is seeking to bolster its core team with an experienced IT Project Manager. As an IT Project Manager in Duplex, you will play a pivotal role in a high-priority initiative, working alongside a talented team to explore the feasibility of introducing a new core system for PFAB. You will lead the IT and Test stream, overseeing 10 important workstreams critical to the success of the program. Your decisions and leadership during this phase will shape the program's direction for years to come.
Essential requirements:
- Seeking an adept project manager with a solid background in the insurance sector, particularly in business transformation and Lumera Core.
- Previous experience in driving business transformations through core system changes within insurance is highly valued.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills, capable of leading and coordinating with specialists across various departments including Product, Customer Service, IT, Sales, Finance, and Actuaries.
- Proficient in general project management tasks such as planning, change management, presentation creation, workshop facilitation, and decision-making material development. Demonstrates a proactive and responsible approach to deliverables, consistently achieving high-quality results within stipulated timelines
