Role Description:
  • Clear understanding of the implementation life cycle using Oracle Cloud.
  • Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements.
  • Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes.
  • Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution/ fixes.
  • Understand and document business requirements through client interviews and other research.
  • Create design and configuration documentation for modules being implemented.
  • Configure Oracle Cloud modules based on design requirements.
  • Help solution, document and test technical enhancements to Cloud including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (RICEW).
  • Ability to debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users.
  • Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goal(s), align business in moving to more standardized processes within Oracle Cloud to reduce the customizations.
  • Maintain the relationship with finance business partners, understand the issues reported by them, analyze the issue, find the short term/ long term fixes, and enroll business partners.
  • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc. for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels.
  • Prepare Test Scripts and perform Testing of Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration.
  • Impart training to users on Oracle ERP Finance Cloud.
  • Perform large volume of data migration. Work in page Personalization /sandboxes as per customer needs.

Competencies
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer - Technical

Essential Skills:
• 5 To 10+ years progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications.
• Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud lead on a full life cycle implementation
  • Experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: General Ledger (GL),
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
    • Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
    • Fixed Asset Management (FA)
    • Budgeting
    • Cash Management
    • Expense Management and Tax

•Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills
• Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
• Structured thinking, problem solving and good business decision along with best-in-class performance delivery.
• Have experience in Data Migration activities.
• Experience in page personalization /Sandboxes/DFF.
