Role Description:

• Should have experience in Oracle cloud ERP, with a minimum of 1 end to end implementation project. Hands on experience in managing and executing tasks and deliverables in the following elements of a project lifecycle: Design, Build/Configuration, Training, Testing, Deploy, Support.
• Should have experience with SCM cloud -Order to Cash/ Procure to Pay cycles.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Development, Support project with Onsite-Offshore model
• Knowledge on Oracle SaaS application modules mentioned in skill set above.
• Adequate Technical ability to Debug issues on own.
• Having proficiency in Business Process understanding, Conceptualization, Documentation, and mapping with Oracle SCM cloud
• In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle ERP Cloud
• Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support
• Implementation and Upgrade experience
• Process testing
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong troubleshooting and conceptual skills
• Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving Is must
• Should have excellent communication skills and customer facing skills

Desirable Skills
Experience in R12 versions upgrade, deployment & Implementation will be added as advantage.
