I'm a senior independent consultant specialising in developing business processes for credit institutions such as banks and finance companies. I work with business architechture, process modelling, business rules, requirement analysis, project management and procurement of systems and services. For 15 years I've been focusing on credit processes, developing efficient ways to handle all kinds of credits, from unsecured consumer credits (incl. cards) via mortage loans and leasing contracts to corporate credits for real estate concerns and farm and forest companies. I've been working with all phases of these processes, from customer aquisition via credit evaluation and scoring, to disbursement, administration and collection. I've been helping a large number of clients in Sweden and Europe with these processes. Among my clients are SBAB Bank, Bluestep (Norway), The Housing Financing Fund (Iceland), MedMera Bank, Xerox Financial Solutions (Italy + western Europe), Länsförsäkringar Bank, ICA Banken, Danske Bank, Landshypotek, Sparbanken Finn, Sparbanken Gripen, Bank2, Bolånebörsen, Nordea and others.
