A group of retail assets (AGORA) is a publicly traded company situated in Stockholm. The group owns mostly retail
properties around Sweden.
I had lots of different responsibilities amongst them was to manage and gather information in different due diligence
processes, analyzing trends in and around the properties. Gathering footfall and turnover data from different IT systems
compiling this and reporting the figures to management.
I also set up a new way of mapping the areas in the properties as well as implement a new IT system.

Kungsleden is a large cap real estate company in Sweden. When I entered the company, they were in the middle of changing
their reporting system from an older BI system to a newly developed web based system. I built up new models for reporting
in the new system as well as master data validation.

Responsible for two real estate funds owning properties in Malmö and Stockholm. I was hired to help with a take over from
another company in the business and later was responsible for the other fund. The funds consisted of two large properties,
monthly reconciliation and quarterly reporting (IFRS) to the fund in Amsterdam also producing annual accounts and tax
declarations (VAT and CIT). Yearly budget and follow up on different projects in the properties.

Edrington is a FMCG company distributing alcohol across all Nordic countries. I worked as a consultant with all the Nordic
countries including the border trade in Germany. Forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, follow ups of different
products/brands and validation of master data during the process of changing SAP systems from Intrepid (BW) to Integra
(BI). Built up all models for reporting in BI to make the transition of reporting between the systems smooth while helping
with analysis.

In the real estate company I started as responsible for accounting for a logistic portfolio compiling of 25 houses, I was
responsible for reporting to the share- and bondholders, annual accounts, group annual accounts (IFRS), tax declarations and
VAT. When the CFO left the company in may 2016 I was promoted and finished the sales transaction of all the companies to
another firm.

At Hummingbird aviation I worked as a controller. Main responsibilities was reporting to the aircraft owners with
cost and income follow ups and analysis, budgeting, annual accounts and tax declarations.
In the construction company I was responsible for project accounting and following up on costs for each project, annual
accounts, tax declarations and VAT and ROT declarations

Management accounting and management advice for a health center (Liljeholmskajens vårdcentral) situated in Stockholm.
Responsible for annual accounts, payroll and tax declarations. Providing financial support on a monthly basis and providing
advice that helped the business grow and exceed allowing them to make informed decisions. The services I provide included:
statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, self-assessment tax returns, payroll, book keeping, a fully outsourced finance
solution, strategy planning and cash-flow management.

Worked in a team of accounting specialists, who focus on advising private international companies and public sector bodies
on complex accounting and financial reporting issues. Working in the advisory services department providing Financial
services for our clients. Managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable, I was responsible for the customers
purchase and assistance in sales ledger, receiving invoices, confirming approval for payment of POs, input all invoices into
the accountant system and processing payments. Doing cash payments and bank transfers to orders and bank reconciliation as
well as assisting in all aspects of the customers day-to-day administrative area. Also provided the customers with annual
accounts, tax declarations and VAT declarations.
