As a business consultant I deliver consultancy within the information management and analysis area. Project management, business architecture, data analysis and information management strategy are examples of deliveries I have had in projects before.
Over the years I have had plenty of practical experience from all project phases, from basic systems analysis and requirements gathering, through prototyping and final implementation. In my latest role I have been defining a new role in the organization and setting the scope and plans for group wide information management and data governance. I have experiences from both banks and insurance companies.
I have had the possibility to work in different roles in different organizations, and have in all situations analyzed information and solved problems in a structured way. I am used to seeking and gathering information from different parts of the organization together with colleagues from different parts of the world. One of my strengths is the ability to see how the details contribute to the big picture. But I also have the ability to let go of the details when necessary to be able to move forward.
