The company is producing High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering power supplies on the basis of a new Multichannel HIPIMS technology. The technology gives a number of advantages when operated at short pulses, i.e. faster current rise time, higher power output and a possibility to scale up the pulser for industrial needs.
