Experienced UX Designer

We are looking for a UX resource to join a cross functional team to define to processes and analyse, design, build and implement digital solutions for E2E (end to end) commercial deliveries from order to invoice. These processes are also closely linked to the production services supported by the digital production system. The solution will be a combination of tailormade applications, digital finance system and other 3rd party solutions.

The work experience we’re looking for:

•       Relevant higher education

•       Be able to lead design tasks such as creating user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and creating low and high interactive prototypes.

•       Have experience collaborating within cross-functional agile teams.

•       Be able to understand the big picture and get down to the details.

•       Experience from projects combining 3d party solutions with tailor made software

•       Be able to combine business needs and user needs in excellent user experiences.

•       Self-driven and autonomous.

•       Fluent or proficient level of language knowledge of English.

•       Some experience with financial domain is an advantage

Skills (in bold is required):

•       Map out comprehensive user flows to ensure a seamless journey for our customers.

•       Plan and run sessions/workshops to gather valuable insights from users.

•       Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.

•       Use insights gathered to update and iterate on designs, ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback.

•       Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or UXPin.

•       Experience in tools like Miro

•       Digital Commerce

•       UX Writing
