Payroll Specialist

We are now looking for a Payroll Specialist (try & hire) for our customer.

What you'll do:
- Collect and prepare data regarding payroll (number of hours, holidays, bonuses, pensions, etc.).
- Ensure that the outsourcing partner has all relevant information for the payroll run, which is communicated via various platforms.
- Act as a controller for the draft of the payroll run, prepared by the outsourcing partner, ensuring accuracy.
- Respond to salary-related inquiries.
- Manage fixed tasks related to reimbursement in the event of illness and maternity.
- Handle salary reconciliation, bookkeeping, and provisions at the end of the month.
- Manage various ad hoc tasks.

Other tasks
- Update work time in NS (NetSuite-related tasks).
- Update employee information for the insurance company and health care service provider (new and departing employees, sick days without doctor's certificate for health care service provider).
- Assist local HR by delivering necessary information.


Requirements
- Experience with outsourced payroll
- Some experience with accounting
- At least 5 years’ experience with similar tasks
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Previous experience with Zalaris, SAP and Netsuite systems is a plus

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months as a consultant, with the possibility of being hired by our client afterward.
