Senior Business Analyst

Our banking client is looking for Senior Business Analyst to support in updating internal rules to align with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) standards.

About the assignment and your responsibilities:

Goal is to establish clear guidelines and procedures that address key aspects of DORA, including:

• Governance and oversight of digital operational resilience.
• Identification and classification of important business services and their associated IT systems.
• Establishment of effective incident management processes, including reporting, escalation, and resolution.
• Requirements for testing and exercising resilience capabilities.
• Cybersecurity measures and controls to protect against cyber threats and incidents.
• Third-party risk management protocols



• Your role will involve collaborating with our internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk management, IT, and legal teams, to develop comprehensive internal rules tailored to our specific operational environment and regulatory obligations.
  
  Required knowledge and experience:
  
  Knowledge and experience of operational risk management and regulatory compliance, particularly from the banking sector and preferable with a focus on information and communication technology (ICT) risk management, Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCCM).
  
  Allocation: 100%

  Location: Helsinki. Team is working from the office on a weekly basis.
  Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  
  For the duration of this assignment Ework Services (0,7%) will be deducted from the total amount invoiced.
