Operations Planner

Description:
Generate constrained engineering and production plan, material plan and Work In Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization in order to improve service levels and optimize working capital. Assembles and analyses all data pertinent to creating a constrained engineering (for Engineered-To-Order businesses) and production plan, uses rough-cut and detail capacity planning and links it to the demand plan.Obtains sign-off from Engineering and Production Managers and inputs it to the Integrated Business Planning process.

Manager is looking for a work preparation planner. Mainly for supporting local SME in REWIA project.

Main tasks:

Analyzing skills is needed, due to the fact that consultant will be validating a big amount of data and compare pre-load and post-load files in excel.
Consultant will extract data from SAP and ERPLN, use/build excel template for MDL-tool (master data loader), so advanced skills within excel is needed. (V-lookUp etc)

In addition to the main tasks, after REWIA implementation, below description is included in the work tasks.
Consultant will receive drawings from design department. Once received they need to create a material-and BoM (bill of material) list and prepare it for procurement and production by specifying work tasks for the production team. Previous experience of SAP and ERPLN is a plus.

Consultant will also be a part of meetings, planning and pre-ordering in the project. The consultant will be responsible to create a check list that ensures that all components have been prepared and make sure that the list is quality checked.

Previous experience of the manufacturing industry is good but willingness to learn and ambition is more important. Consultant will work a lot in front of computer and it is good to have knowledge of the office package.

Consultant will work independently but be a part of a team and it is important to help each other and cover each others tasks when needed.

English and Swedish is mandatory for this position.

Some remote work possible in dialogue with manager.

Levels with numbers (1-5): Increasing experience from 1=Very Junior up to 5=Very Experienced
Levels with letters (A-F): Increasing experience from F=Very Junior up to A=Very Experienced
