Senior Design & Architecture OT Cyber security

Here are some tasks and important skills for the assignment:

The consultant needs to scan the present OT-system and discover weaknesses . It is important to contribute with best practise and 
blue print designs. 

The consultant needs to have skills in excellent communication and stakeholder management since all different on-site locations need
to ”be on board”. Maintaining good relationships is essential and the way to success.

The designed blueprints will be created in cooperation with OT and IT.

Create and update the documentation for the OT-system.

Drive the security control status follow-up in cooperation with respective Mill OT security responsible. 

Recommend additional controls or risk mitigations where relevant.

Guide the Mills on what is required to get up the ladder chain on respective control.

Provide guidance what is to be done in what order based on cyber risk.

Recommend additional business requirements and design blueprints if anything is seen as missing vs best practice.
