Senior Business Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE The role is focused on documenting the requirements of an existing application as well as defining and implementing improvements in the existing requirements management process. The goal is to show through requirements traceability and baseline management how the requirements realised in the application have evolved over the various releases. The role will require leading discussions with the team members and stakeholders on improvements in the current ways of working with the findings forming the basis of the future strategy of the requirements process. Key accountabilities include: • Creating accurate requirements documentation for release • Defining the future requirements management processes for new releases • Coordinating teams and deliveries within a PI planning framework SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Essential requirements: • Track record of requirements management within complex environments • Experience of agile and traditional development methodologies • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Knowledge of best practices within requirements management • Extensive experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) • Extensive experience with various requirement management tools Desirable: • Working within GxP compliance standards Education/Experience: • Business Analysis certification from IIBA, PMI, BCS, or similar • Excellent verbal and written English • An agile certification of some sort • Educational background in computer science, or similar
