To be successful in this role you need to be as comfortable working with people on our end-user and business side as you are on the technical aspects. Being customer oriented and having an interest in understanding their perspective and helping them is very important. You will act as a bridge and represent us when talking with our customers so good people skill and excellent communication skills in English is needed. You probably have some developer background using REST, GraphQL and WebSocket APIs where you really know how to work with API from a developer perspective, tooling to be used, best practices etc. If you have desiged APIs before it is a big plus but not necessary. Responsibilities: • Help ouer customer to integrate to VGCS API • Support the market companies with technical & functional knowledge of ours API • Primary Contact for API related questions • Coordinate API requests that go cross functional within Volvo Group • Connect with relevant experts within VGCS for specific API demands • Support pilots & key account team • Technical and functional customer requirement documentation Required Competences: • Good technical understanding of API concept (REST, GraphQL & WebSocket) • Practical API skills (Development, tooling, usage etc.) • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English • Customer oriented • Organized and be able to handle many items in parallel • Experience in leading assignement, initative, projects or similar.
