Senior Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly talented solution architect that has great experience working with different software technologies and the ability to translate business architecture into sustainable technical solutions and keep a holistic view.

Start: ASAP

Length: 6 months with possible extension

Location: In Solna 2-3 days per week

Good knowledge in the development processes, tools and other technology such as databases, frameworks, third-party products.

Good communication skills to be able to discuss issues and justify the choice of solution, both with technical specialists and people without technical knowledge.

Meritorious but not necessary: Java, Docker, MySQL, Git, Microservices, CI/CD, Relational databases, and Certifications in AWS Cloud is a major plus

The Role

You will be expected to shape and translate Business and IT strategy and needs into realisable, sustainable technology solutions. You will provide insight, thought leadership, and innovation to ensure that the solution meets the business goals. You will ensure that the solution is designed for production and can be delivered efficiently while making sure that the solution has integrity (is safe, secure, and compliant). You will be responsible for creating technical solution descriptions (High-Level Design and Detailed Design documentation) through collaboration with the customer team and colleagues.

As a Solution Architect, we expect you to have a broad technical understanding, developer background, and strong communication skills with the ability to guide and advise our clients. You have an agile mindset; are quick to adapt to challenges and learn from new experiences.

Skills required:

You have experience working as Architect, including being responsible for solutioning complex system

Worked on Solution Architecture Document (SAD) or similar

Previous design development experience using technologies such as .Net, C#, Web API or Java, J2EE

Experience in defining Integration Roadmaps & Architecture and/or working with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS or GCP, etc.)

Knowledge of different industry best practices in API, integration & Microservices

Familiar with agile ways of working and DevOps
