Emagine are now looking for a Legal with experience negotiating IT agreements (DORA) to our banking client in Stockholm.

Description of assignment:
Consultant needed within clients Group Procurement
Group Procurement are in need of one or perhaps a team of two consultants, who shall provide legal expertise for DORA and negotiation skills. We need help from someone to lead the renegotiations with their suppliers of ICT services agreements in comparison with the DORA requirements and make necessary adjustments to achieve compliance.

Background:
Due to the adoption of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (“DORA”) client is required to ensure that ICT arrangements are regulated by contracts with provisions aiming at minimizing client´s resilience risks. client is expected to ensure contractual obligations covering the requirements in DORA in all their ICT services agreements by January 2025. 

Requirements  

Knowledge and experience of IT agreements and contract negotiations.

Knowledge and experience of DORA

Can work independently but will be in close collaboration with the legal counsels at Group Procurement.

Degree in law, candidate or equivalent.

Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
