Consultant needed within Group Procurement:
Group Procurement are in need of one or perhaps a team of two consultants, where one could be the procurement expert and the other can provide legal expertise for DORA. client needs help from someone to lead the renegotiations with their suppliers of ICT services agreements in comparison with the DORA requirements and make necessary adjustments to achieve compliance.
Background:
Due to the adoption of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (“DORA”) Client is required to ensure that ICT arrangements are regulated by contracts with provisions aiming at minimizing clients resilience risks. Client is expected to ensure contractual obligations covering the requirements in DORA in all their ICT services agreements by January 2025.

Requirements
Knowledge and experience of IT agreements and contract negotiations.
Can work independently but will be in close collaboration with the legal counsels at Group Procurement.
Degree in law, jur.kand or equivalent.
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
