Emagine are now looking for an IT Analyst within IT Asset Management SAAS Governance (Nordic) to one of our nordic banking clients.

Location: Stockholm (1-2days on site/week)
About the assignment:
We would expect in principle 1-2 days/week in the office, respectively when we request it on specific days. Here as well, we are open to discuss frequency with the candidate, but it is not fully remote.

What you will do:
• Drive change risk assessment and associated risk processes related to ‘SaaS Governance’ for Nordea
• Work with stakeholders to define risks and challenges associated with the proliferation SaaS Inventory at Nordea
• Investigate and recommend best practice tools, methods and process to govern decentralised SaaS footprint and mitigate associated risks, ensuring Nordea is compliant with all relevant regulations and internal guidelines and best practice
• Document SaaS governance operating model, socialise with stakeholders
• Support set up of a detailed implementation plan to implement the new model

Skills and Profile:
• Banking experience
• Good knowledge of ICT Asset and Configuration Management and Application Management
• Knowledge of Cloud technology and in particular Software as a Service
• Security and compliance related to Cloud and Cloud governance
• Technology governance background, knowledge
• Knowledge and experience with relevant regulations, guidelines and standards related to Cloud
• Banking experience
• Good knowledge of ICT Asset and Configuration Management and Application Management
• Knowledge of Cloud technology and in particular Software as a Service
