Product designer - Fintech

Hi,

We are looking for 2 Product designer to our client based in Stockholm. It would be great if you had previous experience from Fintech and Invoicing products.

The seniority level we are looking for in the 2 profiles are:
5 years minimum (midlevel/senior)

2-3 years (junior)

Start: ASAP
End: 6 months - with possibility to extend

Workload: 100%

1-2 days onsite in Stockholm.

• Product designer working closely with PM and developers.

• Flexible designer, "hybrid", "full stack" i.e. can or is interested in doing everything from research to detailed design.

• Should be able to apply design based on our design system.

• Gathering insights from qualitative research and product partners in order to understand customer problems and create designs.

• Work in a cross-functional team and belong to a strong design chapter

• Great communication skills and collaborations skills

• Experienced in stakeholder management, used to partnering with Product on how to deliver business impact

• Designing for web and apps flows

• Hypotheses driven design through experiments, and curious about data and the business impact!

• Think beyond the flows/product your team is primarily responsible for of the E2E experience

• Ability to feel ok with change and complexity

• Cultural fit: team-player, humble, communicative, flexible
