We are looking for an UX/UI designer to a gaming company.
Start: ASAP
Length: 6 months, with the possibility of extending up to 18 months
Location: Stockholm on site 2-3 days per week
Role Overview
As a UX/UI Designer in our internal tools team you’ll be working closely with our game developers to
understand their needs and challenges and with our tools developers to transform those challenges into
solutions. It’s your job to ensure great usability of our tools. Figma is the primary design tool for mock-ups,
prototypes, and hand over to developers.
You’ll also be a part of the Design team, which collaborates on projects and aligns design across the company. The Design team meets several times a week to share any work in progress, give and receive feedback, and help
each other. The team aims for a transparent and inclusive workflow in order to learn from each other and align
our work efforts.
We — of course — love playing games, and we're looking for someone with a playful and open mindset. You
don't have to identify as a gamer to fit in or perform well here.
What you will be doing
• Driving the UX and UI work for our internal tools team, working on big and small projects
• Gather input and build up a great understanding of the needs and challenges of our game developers,
designers, artists, sound designers, QA etc.
• Design tooling features and products together with the team and its users to help improve the
workflows of our colleagues.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders (primarily gameplay teams -
developers, designers, and artists) to understand their goals, priorities, and challenges. Cultivate a
network of contacts to facilitate cross-team communication and problem-solving.
• User research to test your designs and hypotheses.

About you
• Experienced UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tool
• Ability to drive design initiatives from ideas to finished design
• Deep understanding of the design process, including what roles qualitative and quantitative data play
in it
• Ability to work together with developers, designers, and other stakeholders
