Skilled Project Manager for rollout of AI Training and Tooling

Location: Preferably in Stockholm

Start Date: during March, 2024

Duration: Part-time (50%) Through Jan 2025

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative starting from the 15th of March, 2024. The Project Manager will oversee the rollout of AI tooling, ensuring that our team can leverage these technologies effectively. This role is also important for the successful deployment of our AI prompt training that is being offered across the company, as well as the design, pilot, and rollout of a second AI training program with launch in Q4.

 

Key Responsibilities

Program Management- Lead the rollout of an AI training program in Q2 and a second training

in Q4, targeting company-wide participation.

AI Tooling Rollout- Oversee the introduction and implementation of AI tooling to enhance

business operations.

Monitoring and Evaluation- Establish control measures and follow-up processes to monitor

the usage of AI tools and the effectiveness of the training programs.

Stakeholder Engagement- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the programs

meet the strategic objectives and address the learning needs of our team.

Project Reporting- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes

Report to the Steering Committee

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a background in AI, technology,

and education projects.

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in a business context.
