Senior Project Manager

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to one of our Nordic banking clients.

Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite per week and 2 days remote)

Role/Assignment Overview:

As a Senior Project Leader for Financing Transformation Private, you will play a crucial role in one of client Group's top priority projects. This project focuses on the digitization mortgage offering and is of high importance to stakeholders across the client. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating the entire project, ensuring timely delivery by overcoming obstacles and identifying bottlenecks. Additionally, stakeholder management will be a key aspect of this role.
 

Responsibilities:

·       Lead and coordinate the Financing Transformation Private project, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.

·       Remove hurdles and identify bottlenecks to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

·       Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Utilize your experience in driving projects from conception to completion within large organizations.

·       Thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by high complexity and stakeholder management.

·       Employ strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and pedagogic abilities to address complex challenges.

·       Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
