Senior Buyer - Construction

For our client Volvo Cars we are looking for a Buyer/Inköpare.

Volvo Cars is looking for an experienced procurement specialist with experience from the construction industry. The main tasks will be to drive different capex and outsourcing activates related to facility and construction projects both in Sweden and within EU. Volvo Cars is looking for someone who is likes to take an end-to-end responsibility for sourcing's from aligning the needed scope, defining the RFQ, scouting the market for relevant suppliers and then driving the sourcing until the contracts are signed.

Related tasks:

• Collaborate with project teams to align and secure needs, requirements, and provide advice and guidance on procurement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
• Understand different regional market structures to ensure that the company is getting the best value for its money.
• Be comfortable in large and complex business setup and able to challenge suppliers and stakeholders to reach optimal Commerical results.
