Program Manager MPM

For our client SKF we are looking for a Program Manager MPM.

Background
SKF is digitalizing their ~90 factories. As part of the journey a vital piece is the connection and digitalization between Product Design and Manufacturing. SKF has been running a program since 2021 to create and scale out products (called MPM) to their factories using Siemens Teamcenter as a core.

SKF is currently running a pre-study together with Siemens and their factories, how they can restructure the program to accelerate the transformation. The outcome of this pre-study will decide how the future MPM project/program organization will look like.
For this, SKF is looking for a senior program/project manager who can drive the next steps of MPM.

Responsibilities

• Project manager for the complete MPM project/program
• Lead the implementation of MPM development and deployment to SKF factories globally

Requirements

• Project Manager by trade, minimum 15 years experience
• Experience in leading high-profile projects and programs in large international companies
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Experience in leading complex projects together with external suppliers in partnership.
• Advantageous if certified in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent.
• Advantageous if having experience in manufacturing domain.
