Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our supply chain planning. Your responsibilities will revolve around driving processes, conducting follow-ups, and leading investigations to enhance our overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Your primary tasks will include:

Monitoring Product Availability and Efficiency:
Contributing to S&OP processes by aligning sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory management.
Collaborating with sales teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Working closely with various teams, including central distribution, production units, and sourcing.
Coordinating efforts to maintain efficient stock levels across the supply chain.
Sales and Operations Management (S&OP):
Analyzing product availability and ensuring optimal stock levels through data-driven insights.
Conducting regular follow-ups to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Utilizing Advanced Tools:
Leveraging tools such as Power BI and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Extracting valuable insights from these tools to inform decision-making.
Contributing to Cross-Departmental Projects:
Actively participating in various projects aimed at improving supply chain processes.
Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to drive efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications and Expectations: To excel in this role, we expect the following qualifications:

Educational Background:
A Master’s degree (MSc) in a relevant field.
Experience in logistics, production, and finance.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple contact surfaces.
Clear and concise expression of ideas and information.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Fluent in both English and Swedish (working languages).
Working Experience:
Experience working in an international environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
