Workday Integration specialist

Task Description:

 

Our Client is using Workday as employee source data and is doing business in 9 different countries in the EU. The HR Integration team supports these integrations to bring employee data to vital systems that enable employees to do their daily tasks.

 

In this role, you will join the HR integration team to support these integrations and build new ones as the business needs arise. We are a small team of two who work in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Middleware and other IT teams.

 

Our Client will commit to a task/project, which has a minimum duration of 6 months, provided the cooperation is functioning and the consultant is performing at a level the customer rightly can expect. 

In addition to this timeframe, the customer wishes an option to extend the agreement with up to 6 months.

Technical Competencies and Experiences:

·                  Work as a functional/data/integration lead for Workday

·                  Monitor Integration logs and APIs

·                  Adequately document requirements, and design appropriate solutions

·                  Together with our agile development team, build budget estimates for projects and assist the team deliver to plan

·                  Be a champion for Workday and spot opportunities for how we can service our customers better

·                  Provide proactive and reactive advice to ensure the best design and technical solution across multiple projects and involving technologies adjacent to Workday / Workday

·                  Ensure best-practice sharing across the HR community

·                  Deliver, document, and instill best practices on all technical project deliverables, including technical approach and tool selection.

·                  Work closely with other solution- and domain architects for our major technology components and business areas to ensure we can service our customers better

 Basic understanding of middleware (boomi)

The consultant should be good with asking questions and pushing back rather than only execute
