Design Thinking Facilitator (Part-time)

emagine is looking for a Design Thinking Facilitator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Design Thinking Facilitator and UX Researcher to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user experience research and preparing design thinking workshops that foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation within a project. 

You will be based primarily in Måløv and will be part of a small team with similar roles. Your focus will primarily be on a project aligned more with Service Design than a digital solution.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation: Prepare and take part in leading design thinking workshops and sessions with clarity, energy, and enthusiasm. Create a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages participation, creativity, and open-mindedness. Facilitate group discussions, brainstorming sessions, and ideation activities to generate innovative ideas and insights.

User Experience Research: Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys. Analyze and interpret research findings to uncover insights that inform design decisions. Utilise techniques such as empathy mapping, journey mapping, prototyping,

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to gather input, gain buy-in, and foster alignment throughout the design thinking process. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives, project teams, and external partners, to ensure shared understanding and commitment to project objectives.

Documentation and Evaluation: Document insights, ideas, and outcomes generated. Capture key learnings, observations, and feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience facilitating design thinking workshops and sessions in a corporate or consulting environment, both physically and virtually.

Certified as a design thinking practitioner with a reputable design thinking accreditor e.g. IDEO

Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies.

Duration: 3 months

Allocation: 24 hour per week
