emagine is looking for a Disciplines & Controls / PMO Lead
Job description below:
• To drive the PMO control disciplines team
• Work closely together with and coordinate a team of 7 great colleagues (expected 10 towards end 2024), providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they are performing to their full potential
• Develop and implement effective controls and processes to manage the IT & Automation’s track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that the different projects under IT & Automation are delivered within budget and on schedule, and that risks are identified and mitigated.
• Work closely with the project team members to ensure that they understand the program's goals and objectives and are aligned on the approach to delivery.
• Manage the program's reporting requirements, including status reports, dashboards, and other project management tools.
• Ensure that the program's stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and issues, and that they are engaged in decision-making as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the program's stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a team of approximately 10 people, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they are performing to their full potential

Must-have competences:
Solid PMO experience
Experience within disciplines and controls
Experience with managing larger teams
Coaching experience

End: January 2025
Allocation: Fulltime, time & material
