emagine is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant, to be responsible for the successful implementation of custom build SAP BTP extension on top of SAP successfactors application with mulitple integrations.
Description
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and implementation of BTP extensions in an agile setup. Creating User Stories for each Feature is a key activity in our agile team.
Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding.
Good knowledge of SAP BTP services and tools, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication, SAP Cloud Platform Workflow, SAP Cloud Platform Business Rules, and SAP Cloud Platform Launchpad.
Design, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions according to the client's requirements and best practices
Collaborate with other consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project
Provide post-implementation support and maintenance to the clients
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology
Responsibilities:
Analyze the client's business processes and needs and translate them into features and user stories (including functional and technical specifications)
Bridging between business and developers
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solution
Help OCM team prepare and deliver training and documentation to the end-users and administrators
Resolve issues or defects that arise during the project lifecycle
Participate in planning session and give input to priorities and estimates
Must-have skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related field
Ability to create User Stories for each Feature in collaboration with business and handover to developers.
Experience working with Safe agile setup is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work on-site with the clients
Start: 1st April 2024
