emagine is looking for a Technical Product Owner for a client in the pharma industry.
Position’s key accountabilities:
Own the regional implementation selected platforms, along with the associated Operating Model
Manage the services for (1) production and deployment of content, (2) technical execution of journeys, and (3) technical execution of webinars
Proactively engage Internal Customers and other Stakeholders to maximize Platforms adoption and business success aligned with CE business owner
Ensure availability of consistent customer data across systems, allowing for optimal segmentation & targeting of MCE activities
Ensure defects and technical issues are quickly resolved
Own the local implementation of selected platforms, along with the associated Operating Model
Ownership does not include marketing tactics, campaigns, individual emails or webinars themselves. Generally, these will be fully owned by internal customers in Marketing or Medical Affairs.
Platform consists of multiple interconnected systems for Rep-Triggered Email & Consent Management (OCE Personal), Broadcast Email (OCE Digital), Webinars (ON24), HCP Portal customer authentication (MedPass/CIAM), HCP Portal consent & interest collection (AEM), and HCP Portal webinar browsing & registration (AEM).
Ownership comes with the responsibility for platform level KPIs aligned with CE business owner.
Responsible for escalating feedback and enhancement requests with clearly defined requirements, and secure budget as needed, in order to ensure that platform functionality and operations continuously improve in alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs
Manage the services for (1) production and deployment of content, (2) technical execution of email journeys, and (3) technical execution of webinars
Develop, document and maintain a solid operating model, including the roles, responsibilities and processes involved in content creation, content deployment, journey execution and webinar execution, leveraging vendor support where needed.
Engage directly with internal customers to provide them and their agencies with the onboarding and ongoing support they need to utilize services efficiently and effectively.
Proactively engage Internal Customers and other Stakeholders to maximize Platforms adoption and business success aligned with CE business owner
Develop and actively communicate the business case and value story for the Platforms
Regularly communicate platform roadmap status and progress.
Maintain a reference group to share feedback and discuss opportunities.
Ensure defects and technical issues are quickly resolved
Participate in troubleshooting process along with technical teams, and ensure all relevant documentation is provided from the Affiliate/BA/SEEMEA side.
Prioritize based on business disruption, monitor progress and escalate as needed.
Propose and implement workarounds when resolution is uncertain or slow.

Deliver on orders from internal customers according to clearly documented criteria
Coordinate with key contacts across organization to ensure smooth operations and continuous enhancement of the platform
Sharing and alignment of best practice among key contacts
Challenges with regard to innovation and change 
Managing customer and stakeholder expectations with regards to requested functionality or designs
Evaluate requests and challenge/reject in professional manner without damaging partnership if the requests are deemed too problematic or non-value adding
Must-have skills:
Minimum 5 years of work experience mainly focusing on Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Marketing, IT System Management, and/or IT Project Management.
At least 2 years of experience working closely with email marketing.
At least 2 years of experience managing system integrations
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferably with coursework focusing on marketing, project management, information technology, software engineering and/or data engineering
Fluent in oral and written English
Fluent in oral and written another SEEMEA language (preferred)
