emagine is looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager for several teams in an agile release train.
Our client has a passion for improving patients’ lives all over the world. They continue to build and invest in digital solutions. One of these solutions is our automated, scalable, multilingual IT system to enable fast processing and analysis of clinical data, facilitate collaboration and enable reusability for end-users​, called AMACE.
You will be working with a cross-functional global agile team of teams (Product Owners, Solution Architect, IT developers and Scrum Masters), where you can support the organizational change and implementation of AMACE
Your key responsibilities include:
Driving the development and execution of a full training set-up and material together with subject matter experts and user representatives
Drive the required update of guidance documents, standard operating procedures and other relevant documentation for the AMACE development and implementation
Coordinate and drive the development of other necessary OCM and communication activities and artifacts
To be successful in this role, we believe that you should have:
A strong sense of stakeholder management
Excellent leading and coordination skills
Good communication skills and knowledge of communication tools
Good inter- and intrapersonal skills
Other qualifications which would be beneficial:
Knowledge into programming and or bio statistics would be a benefit  but not a requirement
Start: 1st of April
Duration: 12 months
Location: Søborg, hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
