IT Project Manager - Migrations Project

emagine is looking for a IT Project Manager for a migrations project.

Description:

Drive and execute the planned project timeline for migrating QFMS to CORP.

Agile framework: Work and deliver in an agile team setup.

Planning: maintain a detailed project plan that outlines timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.

Execution: managing the day-to-day activities of the project team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving issues. Have a governance model, follow up with the project team (weekly touchbase / status meeting)

Communication: keeping stakeholders informed of project status, progress, and issues.

Risk management: identifying, assessing, and managing risks to the project's success.

Quality management: ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Budget management: tracking project expenses and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.

Resource management: managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Stakeholder management: building and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, team members, and vendors.

Closeout: ensuring that the project is completed successfully, all deliverables are accepted, and all resources are released.

Collaborating with the team: working closely with the development team, QFMS product owner/QFMS product team, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project goals are clearly defined and understood

Must-have skills:

2+ years experience with Planning and executing projects.

Experienced IT Project Manager

Experience with complex IT projects, infrastructures

Start date: ASAP

End date: 31st of March 2025.

Location: Ballerup, Hybrid.
