emagine is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to support on roll-out of O365 Sensitivity Labels globally and build a supporting Information Confidentiality function.
The consultant will work closely with our team to define and implement the change management needs and roadmaps needed to support the adoption of the projects deliverables.
The main tasks would be:
Work with the project team to identify potential risks and barriers to adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist with impact assessments to understand how the rollout will affect different groups within the organization.
Identify organizational needs and communication plan to support the rollout and adoption of labels to M365 users
Prepare the OCM materials needed, e.g. Training, Presentations, SharePoint, etc.
Engage with senior stakeholders according to the adoption plan
Stakeholder management: work with stakeholders to address and alleviate blockers to the roll-out.
Engage stakeholders, both prior but also during roll-out
Desired skills and experience:
Strong Communication Skills
Organizational Change Management Experience
Stakeholder Management Experience
Knowledge of Information Protection techniques and disciplines is a plus, but not a requirement
Knowledge of M365 user experience is a plus, but not a requirement
