We are currently looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager and Project run-track lead
 
Key responsibilities:
Manage daily operation of the global Salesforce CRM platform (incidents, service requests, problem management, change requests)
Track lead on Handover and operation setup (Plan and manage the transition of Pricing and Contract mgmt. (Salesforce CPQ) solution from project to operation)
Key competence:
CRM System Manager / Service delivery manager, ITIL and Salesforce experience
Project management or track lead experience from global project handover and transition to operation
Experience from working in a global organization, English proficiency
Independent, self-driven, structured, analytics, pragmatic.
Start: Asap 
Duration: 3 months with possibility for extension
Location: Denmark - Ballerup
Onsite/remote: 100 % onsite
