BESS Tender / Implementation Expert ( PV and ESS )

We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Procurement BESS Tender Expert with skills in Battery Storage (PV and ESS) and Tenders to join our team in Scandinavia. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor contact, project management, engineering procurement, and battery storage implementations / PV systems / ESS

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and submission of BESS tender proposals
- Review and analyze RFP/RFI documents and develop bid strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Provide technical expertise in battery storage solutions and related technologies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in battery storage and tender processes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Knowledge of Battery Storage systems, Smart String ESS, Transformer stations, PV controllers, Micro-grid solutions etc .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
