All about the role:
As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, design systems, and connectivity platform.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us on our journey.
What you’ll do:
You will work together with a highly skilled and enthusiastic cross-functional product team, and with other Product Engineering & Design Managers, to streamline the release process and drive the CI/CD pipeline for our global mobile application.
In detail, you will:
• Define, own, and communicate product strategy, roadmap and OKRs, that align with business objectives.
• Create real world impact in accordance with company strategic goals.
• Understand markets dynamics, competition, and trends in mobile app release management.
• Translate developers needs and challenges into actionable requirements, ensuring smooth workflows and solutions that enhance productivity.
• Be an advocate of the application release process, educating and supporting product managers and engineering managers on the ways of working.
• Set appropriate expectations towards stakeholders, and ensure the team has the right level of support.
• Prioritize the product backlog, supported by analytics, user feedback, competitive research, and insights.
• Monitor and improve the progress of the product and of the team.
Who you are:
• A Product Manager with 5+ years of experience across product & engineering in a user-centric agile environment at scale.
• Experienced with CI/CD pipeline management, test automation, and understanding development of automation scripts.
• Experienced with Agile frameworks and practices.
• Experienced in data-driven decision making, using analytics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Hands on attitude, working closely to the team with engineering and design counterparts.

This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden), where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we enjoy the look and feel of the office!
