Assignment Description
Our client in the automotive industry is currently looking for a System Design Engineer to design and develop control models to support customer functionality.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or similar field.
- Experience in system engineering or software design within the automotive sector or a similar industry.
- Experience with safety-critical systems.
- Excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Driver’s license (type B).
Meritorious Experiences:
- Knowledge of other electrical-based technologies (e.g., network design or communication, diagnostics).
- Experience in Vehicle Dynamics.
- Understanding of system safety standards such as ISO26262.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a variety of areas and tasks, including functional and system safety architecture.
- Define signals and subsystems.
- Establish requirements for ECUs, sensors, and actuators.
Desired Attributes:
- Excellent ability to cooperate, essential for managing a broad network both internally and externally.
- Strong communication skills, capable of handling multiple topics simultaneously.
- Technical-minded team player adept at working with different cultures.
