Assignment Description
 
Our client in telecommunication is looking for a Senior Contract / Sourcing Manager for an assignment in Stockholm.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Fulfill category procurement demand
  • Prioritize, run, execute and implement sourcing initiatives, as joint agreement with N4M Sourcing and TnSE Sourcing
  • As part of sourcing initiatives, collaborate with other support functions such as legal, security, compliance etc.
  • Be the commercial SPOC (together with N4M in JV agreements) for TnSE suppliers and manage post contract activities.
  • Ensure execution in compliance with all N4M, the client and Local policies/Manuals
  • Facilitate tactical and operational meeting places / Stecos internally and with vendors
  • Ensure implementation of contract, follow-up of SLA/Penalty (Tactical, operational)
  • Follow up, analysis, reporting and escalation and recommendation of deviations from SLAs
  • Follow up that there are actions when vendors do not perform according to requirements in the contract and other agreed cases with the vendors
  • Distribution of reports/KPI’s to operational and tactical meeting-places and stakeholders
  • Maintain and reporting performance towards business case for a particular delivery within a strategic contract
  • Responsible for vendor assessment process including follow up of any quality reviews and audits.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position should have minimum five years of experience in contract management, category management, strategic sourcing or procurement. Preferably an academic degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other relevant area. You are a skilled communicator and communicate without difficulty in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. For success in the position, good networking and stakeholder management skills is an asset. You are a team player who is also able to take on own initiatives and drive activities.
  • Experience within telco, tech or similar is beneficial

  • Preferred IT skills: Coupa, Sievo, MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
