Assignment Description
 
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking an Embedded Developer – Digital Key & Approach.
 
In the emerging domain of digital key and approach, the phone will become the primary key for your car. This places high demands on the development team. We are seeking a senior developer proficient in building embedded code for approach software. This software predicts user car usage based on UWB localization data and other inputs, aiming to prepare the car before the customer enters it, ensuring the best user experience. The tasks also involve developing a secure NFC card access system and coding for the digital key.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Write maintainable, clean, and efficient production code in C (for low-power Autosar nodes) and C++ (for high-power nodes).
  • Analyze approach data and develop classification algorithms.
  • Maintain code quality through code review, unit tests, and static code analysis.
  • Develop and maintain software build and delivery pipelines.
  • Write automated integration test cases in Python and Robot Framework.
Mandatory Background:
  • Experience in embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in C.
  • Version control with Git or similar.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and write unit tests.
  • Relevant education, BSc or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
Beneficial Background:
  • Experience in C++.
  • Familiarity with MISRA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Python, Jenkins, Gerrit, Robot Framework, SonarQube, CMake, and Compilers.
  • Knowledge of optimization and classification algorithms.
  • Experience with encrypted and authenticated data.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
