Assignment Description
Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a .Net (Java) Developer.

You will be part of the One Engine Software download team, which is currently working on one of the most exciting digital products: enabling upgrades of cars over the air, cable, and Wi-Fi – Anywhere. Anytime. Presently, there is one team working on the product, situated in Gothenburg. They believe in the power of WE and co-creation and conduct most of their work in their team place. However, there is also the possibility to balance on-site work with work from home. They ensure a warm and inclusive team culture, emphasizing personal development. Many team members stay with the company for a long time, either taking on larger responsibilities within the product or expanding into the ART or other areas of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in an agile environment as a developer within the OE (Operations and Engineering) team.
- Take ownership of requirements, guiding them through the review process, and implementing them to deliver production-ready functionality.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to architect code for optimal quality and flexibility, enabling swift adaptations to changing requirements.
- Contribute to setting up comprehensive plans for code architecture, emphasizing top-notch quality and agility to accommodate rapid changes.
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the development process within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into the development workflow.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the OE team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both backend and frontend development, with a primary focus on .NET/C# (knowledge of Java is a bonus).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Experience in building scalable and high-performing solutions.
- Competence in working with databases, including but not limited to MongoDB, Cosmos DB, and UX/UI databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, TypeScript, Azure Cloud Services, and Angular.
- Understanding of agile team principles and methodologies.
- Preferred experience in direct client management.
- Knowledge of network programming, including TCP/UDP protocols.
- Familiarity with vehicle protocols such as CAN, CAN-FD, DoIP, and UDS.
- Experience in Windows desktop application development, particularly in WinUI/WPF.
- Ability to interpret requirements effectively and a strong passion for addressing user needs and optimizing user journeys.
