HSE Supervisor

Key responsibilities but are not limited to: • The Site HSE&S coordinator shall assist the HSE&S Manager to keep the HSE&S status of the construction site on a high and acceptable level. This is foremost done by pro-active actions and planning, but also by several corrective actions achieved. • The HSE&S team and the Site HSE Coordinator shall work in systematic way, described in the different HSE&S documents used on site. This is done daily with focus on preventive actions. • The Site HSE&S Coordinator shall also contribute with establishment of provisionally safety rules for construction to cover temporary construction site facilities. • Contribute with updating HSE&S documentation and revisions. • Be active and visual on the Construction Site guiding personnel in HSE&S questions. • Comply with AFRY's safety regulations and culture and policies • Maintain the incident reporting system. • Register Incident Reports and make statistics • Control certificates and driving license • Participate on the safety committee meetings • Perform introduction courses • Do walks on the Construction Site and show HSE&S presence and support when needed • Perform weekly HSE&S Inspections with the different Contractors on Site • Conduct HSE&S presentations and training to personnel • Have knowledge of the Swedish Legislations, Site requirements and the Clients requirements • Help performing Safety Job Analysis with the Contractors/sub-contractors • Update the Work Environment Plan and other guidelines when needed in the Project • Work in shift when needed • Contribute to Daily-, Weekly- and Monthly- Reports • Conduct investigations in case of Incidents and follow-up mitigating actions • Create HSE&S Campaigns related to HSE&S focus on Site • Help perform Emergency Exercises • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HSE&S Manager English is mandatory Swedish is a plus Finnish is a plus This is an on-site position, no remote or rotational work.
