Predominant job type: ◼ Office-based The purpose of the Brand Manager is to lead the marketing mix execution and coordinate processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing targeted for designated brands. At this level, the role has a high degree of impact on the business results by having the responsibility for managing a brand and interacting with a variety of business profiles as well as with regular external customer interactions of approximately 10% Key Role Activities ◼ Develop and deploy a cross-functional omni-channel communication and brand strategy with Medical Affairs, HEMAR, Public Affairs and other support functions for each business cycle and ensure implementation based on solid editorial planning. ◼ Adapt, translate and garner approval of promotional materials developed by IBVT or other countries. Only in specific cases, create locally relevant content and materials. ◼ Implement promotional activities according to the omnichannel editorial plan (e.g advertising communication & sales campaigns, multichannel promotional activities, events, congress booths, marketing ad-boards, etc.) for the brands in scope. ◼ Train and support the field-based team on strategy and use of omni-channel campaigns whilst integrating their feedback in further communication and activities. ◼ Connect and collaborate with key customers to build network relationship and partnership for market development. ◼ Analyze and understand competitive landscape, local market and customer needs and insights, by using/shaping the CRM-system (iConnect) and with regular external customer interactions. ◼ Be co-responsible for the business performance of the brand in scope, i.e. ensure optimal execution of the brand and market mix as defined by the brand and operational plans. ◼ Co-lead preparation of sales and cycle meetings as well as drive local brand-projects and orchestrate patient support programs. ◼ Participates, where applicable, in the EMEA SQUADS marketing co-create for the respective therapeutic area and brands. ◼ Ensure local and regional marketing network, where applicable, for their respective brands and therapeutic area, ensuring best practice sharing, insights- and content sharing within the country and/or region. Key Compliance Requirements ◼ Ensures alignment of the all activities with Health Care Compliance, Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance, GCPs, Regulatory Regulations and local Legislation; ◼ Ensures safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors; ◼ Ensures HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials; ◼ Complies with designated SOP’s and mandatory training for the role (Mandatory Training : MTP Matrix ) ◼ Complete annual Adverse Event and Quality Complaint Reporting Awareness training and HCC/FCPA Awareness training ◼ Report Adverse Events and Quality complaints in a timely way according to current guidelines/SOP ◼ Acts in accordance with the custom requirements in interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Government Officials ◼ If commissioning contractors or third party organisations, perform Due Diligence where applicable, put compliant contracts in place and provide training. Required knowledge, skills, experience (hard skills) ◼ Academic degree in natural sciences, business administration or similar fields required ◼ 2-5 years of work experience in comparable roles preferred ◼ Healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience preferred ◼ LIF-graduation, or similar preferred
