Senior Project Manager/Epic Owner

For our customer in the energy sector we are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Senior Epic Owner This is a very rewarding and stimulating assignment for the right candidate. Responsibilities • Lead R&D program on Quality • Continuously create backlog by cross functional inputs from R&D, manufacturing, commissioning and service division, setup governance processes • Define specific targets, roadmap and initiatives and implement a quality strategy and set business goals for unit, together with R&D portfolio manager • Build communication strategy and change management to secure progress • Promote and raise awareness, as well as develop capabilities and competencies at all levels of the organization, to address the impact of quality, fostering a culture of continual development • Build collaborative partnerships with multiple internal stakeholders and with external stakeholders such as suppliers to proactively address quality issue • Promote the customers high quality brand in customers and stakeholder forums Due to urgency: start with consultant to work on backlog, populate the roadmap and implement governance processes. Background • University degree (Masters or PhD) in electrical/ mechanical/manufacturing engineering or material science • Strong expertise in data analysis/statistical methods and reliability engineering, Six-Sigma N Blackbelt is a merit • R&D project/program management experience required • Demonstrated skills for details and passion for quality • Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and adjust communication to diverse audiences. • Experience in leading Audit and certification programs is an advantage
