Job description:
Re-engineering solution lead
Collect input and categorize initial SAP process & solution issue and risk backlog
Run workshops together with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize backlog
Coordinate root cause analysis across different functional streams and systems
Support SAP functional and technical application experts in analysis
Sync efforts in different streams and tracks such as incident process, problem management, product and project deliveries
Monitor, follow-up and gather feedback
Required cloud certification: Basic
