IT Risk & Audit consultant

Requirements:

Knowledge

Experience in performing (IT) audits.
Understanding basic concepts of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC).
Understanding of risk management processes, frameworks and procedures.
Strong abilities in planning and stakeholder management. 

Motivation

Passionate about Internal Audit and Compliance topics.
Passionate about coaching and supporting people to adjust and embrace changes. 

Capabilities

Ability to apply innovative and creative thinking in order to solve problems and get things done.
Ability to lead, motivate and influence teams in complex and challenging environments.

Key previous experiences and skills

Demonstrable experience in managing complex audit-related projects.
Proven experience in inspiring change and leading large-scale (IT) audits in large international companies.
Analytical mindset and great attention to details. 

The assignment is estimated as 40 hrs per week until 1 September 2024. Further extension can be considered.
The position to be based in Delft or in Malmo.
